Climate change is a concern for the world. Human activities, especially the burning of fossil fuels, have led to a continuous increase of CO₂ emissions. Therefore, the research on green energy alternatives to fossil fuels has become a critical issue. It is believed that bioenergy will play an important role in energy market, especially the oil and gas market, in the near-future. The 5^th International Symposium on Biomass/Wastes Energy and Environment (BEE 2025) will be held in Xi'an on September 12-14, 2025.
